The e-mailed document needs to be printed and signed. I click on Menu, click on Print, select Printer, one copy, five pages, black-and-white ... I can’t find a print-on-both-sides option. What the heck, it doesn’t matter this one time. Ready, set, go! But go where? The Print button is not highlighted; only the Cancel button offers itself in bright blue. I scroll back and forth, up and down, growing dizzier by the second, but can find no other options. I stare at the unprinted page, stabbing repeatedly at the grey Print button. Now I’m taking it personally. Why won’t you print?

Jo Darlington is easing back into writing to express herself after a long hiatus of blank pages ... and is having fun!
